While wearables are increasingly embraced for health monitoring, they present a critical design paradox: the very act of constant tracking can inadvertently fuel health anxiety. This creates a double-edged sword where a tool for wellness becomes a source of stress. Yet, within this challenge lies a profound opportunity. The same physiological data, like a sudden spike in heart rate, that can cause alarm can also serve as an early warning system for the onset of an anxiety attack, allowing for timely, calming interventions.

This leads to our core design question:
How can we create an experience that leverages this powerful data to proactively support users through moments of anxiety, while simultaneously ensuring the technology itself does not become a source of that anxiety?

From Ideas to Action: Prioritizing with MoSCoW
Following our creative brainstorming, we needed to translate that energy into a focused roadmap. To move from a wish list to a viable product, we employed the MoSCoW method, a powerful prioritisation technique that forces clear decisions about what truly matters for launch. This framework allowed us to categorise every feature into one of four buckets, ensuring we invested our resources where they would deliver the most immediate and critical value to the user.

About Me
I specialise in simplifying complex topics. My process involves taking chaotic inputs user needs, technical constraints, and business goals, and organising them into scalable, intuitive solutions. Currently, I’m focused on integrating AI workflows into the design process to help teams ship higher-quality products faster.
